Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer. Estimated timeframes will be stated on the product listing.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (or equivalent tracked service where selected at checkout).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

• Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for postal delays outside of our control. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days (UK), please contact us and we will assist in locating it.
